Accounts Payable / Receivable Specialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.60 to $ 37.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
- Post credit card charges, payment discrepancies, refunds, returns, and miscellaneous charges
- Maintain orderly financial filing system and scan documents
- Solve complex issues with invoices
Accounts Payable / Receivable Specialist Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of accounting, AP/AR experience
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
