Bilingual CSR Utah Residents ONLY Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Part Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- Handle customer interactions through phone, chat, or email.
- Processes orders, new member applications, renewals, returns, etc.
- Upsells products and promotions on every call.
- Answers questions about the compensation plan, products, business programs/promotions, etc.
- Assists customers with order tracking and returns, event registrations, etc.
- Maintain productivity and customer service levels.
Bilingual CSR Utah Residents ONLY Qualifications:
- MUST live in Utah County.
- Fully Bilingual in English and Korean, Taiwanese, or Japanese
- Proficiency, including speaking, reading, and writing.
- Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic math skills. Able to respond to a broad range of customer questions and to promote products.
- Able to perform duties with minimum supervision.
- Able to meet high productivity levels and receive excellent phone monitoring evaluations.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
