Sanitation Dishwasher Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 19.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Clean production vessels, utensils, and other food-contact equipment in a timely, sanitary manner.
- Washing of large vessels requires lifting barrels, standing on ladders, and leaning over tanks to clean
- Some equipment is hot while being washed. PPE is provided
- Move large pieces of production equipment to and from the dish area for cleaning with the assistance of wheels or carts.
- Follow proper cleaning protocols outlined in Equipment SOPs as well as protocols outlined by Management
- Maintain cleanliness of dish and laundry area, including daily cleaning of dish area including sweeping, mopping, wiping walls, cleaning washer/dryer, drains, floor mats, dish racks, etc.
Sanitation Dishwasher Qualifications:
- High school education or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience performing dishwashing tasks in any FDA-regulated industry is desired.
- Previous experience with washing large food-contact vessels (55 gallon drums, 300 gallon totes, etc) is a huge plus!
- Ability to understand and follow QA/QC compliance procedures, protocol, and cGMP practices. Ability to perform compliant documentation activities
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment and operations is helpful
- Ability to work independently and as a committed team member at times
- Able to follow health and safety standards in a manufacturing environment
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
